Rules and Regulations

1. Organization

The organization shall be known as Agricultural Equipment Manufacturers’ Association.

2. President

The President is the head of the organization, currently appointed as of 25.02.25.

3. Vice President

The Vice President shall act in the absence of the President and support all official duties.

4. Secretary

The Secretary is responsible for correspondence, record-keeping, and membership-related matters.

5. Member

A Member refers to any individual officially registered with the organization.

6. Jurisdiction

The organization operates across Maharashtra and all over India.

7. Financial Year

The financial year is from 1st April to 31st March.


Membership and Registration

Eligibility

Individuals aged 18 and above, residing within the organization’s jurisdiction and agreeing to its rules, are eligible.

Application

Applicants must submit a written request to the Secretary.

Approval Process
  • Applications are reviewed by the Executive Committee.
  • Decisions are made by majority vote and shared in writing.
  • Approved members must pay fees within 15 days.
Registration
  • After fee payment, names and signatures are recorded in the official register.
  • The register follows the format under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and Rules, 1971.

Types of Membership

Lifetime Member

One-time fee of ₹5000 for lifetime membership.

General Member

Annual membership fee of ₹2000.


Cancellation of Membership

Membership may be terminated in the following cases:

Cancelled members lose voting rights and claim to assets.
